Providing essential licensing support services, the full-time Licensing Project Coordinator will conduct research, interpret regulations, and manage documentation for license and permit applications in a 100% remote environment. Key responsibilities: Conduct research on licensing processes, regulatory compliance, and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders Collaborate with internal and external parties to gather necessary documentation for accurate license and permit applications Maintain accurate records of license statuses and prepare reports summarizing licensing activities for internal and external parties Required qualifications: High school education is required; Bachelor's degree preferred Minimum two years of related experience in licensing and permitting processes or long-term care preferred Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Acrobat Pro Ability to learn and use internal software applications
