As a hybrid full-time Senior Sales Engineer, the candidate will own the technical sale process, partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to design solutions, deliver demos, and drive technical closures for complex opportunities across the orchestration and AI platform. Key responsibilities Lead discovery sessions to understand prospects' challenges and design tailored demos that highlight business outcomes Proactively influence deal strategy and manage multi-stakeholder relationships across IT, security, and business units Stay current on AI technologies and contribute to the development of reusable assets and learnings within the sales engineering organization Required qualifications 6+ years in a customer-facing technical role, with at least 4 years in pre-sales or solutions engineering for enterprise IT Proven track record of owning the technical sale on complex, high-value deals with multiple stakeholders Experience with SaaS, iPaaS, integration, automation, or AI platforms is highly desirable Demonstrated ability to mentor junior sales engineers and contribute to the development of technical playbooks Strong understanding of APIs, cloud technologies, data integration, and AI trends
