Serving as the primary technical authority on sales calls and RFPs, the full-time Technical Sales Engineer will manage complex solution selling, provide cross-functional leadership, and support technical troubleshooting while working remotely within the United States. Key responsibilities Act as the primary technical expert throughout the sales cycle, supporting pre-sales demos and RFP responses with technical accuracy Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to inform solution design decisions and ensure alignment with partner needs Oversee the production of technical documentation and integration roadmaps to facilitate the implementation process from sale to go-live Required qualifications Minimum of 5+ years in a Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or Technical Implementation role in a B2B SaaS or fintech environment Hands-on experience with API integrations, EDI/file-based data exchanges, and SSO/authentication protocols Familiarity with FSA/HSA/HRA platform ecosystems, such as WEX or Alegeus, is strongly preferred Proficiency with Salesforce for opportunity tracking, technical notes, and integration documentation Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Technology, or equivalent work experience
